VISION:
To be known as the Yukon Society that provides free, quality adult literacy services and programs to
citizens of Yukon.
MANDATE:
To promote and provide free adult literacy services throughout the Yukon
MISSION:
To provide appropriate services to Yukon adults with literacy needs, which contribute to their ability to
reach personal goals and to reach full potential by providing free and personalized services.
GOALS:
-To offer one-to-one tutoring to learners in reading, writing, math and computer skills, research and study skills.
-To provide scheduled computer classes.
-To be a welcoming place for anyone to learn
-Yukon Learn desires to offer fulfilling
volunteer opportunities for tutors.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH:
Yukon Learn is active in the Yukon Communities,
we work closely with Yukon First Nations and
their communities offering onsite literacy training.
