The Adult Resource Center (ARC) is a facility used to house recently released inmates and adults waiting for their court dates. All the clients have been in trouble with the law and all are considered at-risk. There are always at least 2 staff at ARC and it is a very controlled environment. There is an office downstairs with a desk and flipchart, this can be used for tutoring. There are also tables and chairs in the kitchen which can be used for tutoring when necessary .
